A detailed urban survey and set of proposals for the district of Mayfair in London. The proposals include a completely new through-block pedestrian line following the course of the Tyburn stream, and realignment of Park Lane to create a generous boulevard to Hyde Park.

The proposals have been adopted by Westminster Council.
